Welcome to ThriftyTechPCs. Please familiarize yourself with the following Return and Refund Policy, which governs all transactions. By engaging with our services, you are subject to the terms outlined herein.

Definitions

"Customer" pertains to any natural or legal person procuring goods or services from our online establishment.

Returns

Customers are accorded a grace period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items.

Returns shall only be accepted for items that remain in an unused, undamaged condition and are presented in their original packaging, inclusive of all accompanying labels and tags.

Presentation of verifiable proof of purchase, in the form of an order confirmation or receipt, is mandatory for the processing of all return requests.

Exceptions to the return policy include personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and digital downloads, unless such items are found to be defective upon receipt.

Refunds

Following receipt and meticulous inspection of the returned item, the Customer shall be duly informed via electronic mail regarding the approval or denial of their refund request.

Approved refunds shall be promptly processed and remitted via the original payment method within a reasonable period, in accordance with pertinent legislative provisions.

Shipping expenses incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable. The Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping, save for circumstances where the return is necessitated by an error attributable to the Company or the receipt of a defective product.

Exchanges

Requests for item exchanges necessitated by considerations of size, color, or model must be communicated to our customer service department within a stipulated window of 14 calendar days from receipt.

Customers must furnish irrefutable proof of purchase and clear, substantiating photographic evidence of the item earmarked for exchange.

The Company retains the prerogative to conduct a thorough analysis of the submitted evidence and subject the item to inspection to ascertain its eligibility for exchange.

Approved exchange requests shall be accompanied by comprehensive instructions concerning the return process and subsequent exchange protocol.

Customers shall be held accountable for any disparities in price and all associated return shipping charges incidental to the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event of receiving goods that are damaged, defective, or otherwise not in accordance with the order specifications, Customers are urged to expeditiously notify our customer service department to request a return authorization.

The Company reserves the right to subject the returned item to scrupulous scrutiny to ascertain its eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Should the damage or defect be attributable to an oversight on the part of the Company or a latent manufacturing defect, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Company, with the Customer receiving a full refund or a suitable replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Customers retain the prerogative to cancel an order within a grace period of 24 hours from the time of its placement, provided that the order has yet to be dispatched or processed.

Cancellation requests must be expeditiously communicated to our customer service department, accompanied by the relevant order details.

Legal Disclaimers

The Company reserves the exclusive right to effect alterations or revisions to this Return and Refund Policy without prior notification. Any such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon publication on our online platform.

This policy is not intended to abrogate or supersede any statutory rights to which Customers may be entitled. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Important information

Shipping

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the computer to be built, customized with any special requests, and to be tested for the best results. We unfortunately only ship to the US, excluding both Alaska and Hawaii.

Packaging and Extras

Every computer will be packaged with the original case box, styrofoam/bubblewrap will be used in order to insure no damage happens while being shipped. The computer will also include an optimization manual.
